Elaborated with Grapes 90% Tempranillo and 10% Mazuelo (Cariñena) and Graciano, selected from old vineyards with specific features of acidity and pH. Cold maceration for 7 days and controlled fermentation 8 days. Subsequently 9 days in contact with the boles. Malolactic in concrete deposits. Aging 30 months in American Oak and 48 Months in Bottle, the ideal time to be labeled as a Gran Reserva Red wine. Rioja.
