Elaboration:

aged in Oxidative aging for 12 years In the Warehouse La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera.

Tasting note:

dark bronze with a marked golden border. Intense Aromas of walnuts and smoked woods, with notes specied in nose. In the mouth remember nuts and black chocolate. Long and intense final perfectly balanced with a slight acidity.

Pairing:

Perfect with old cheeses or red meats. It accompanies very well dishes such as Toro's tail, Iberian hatch or grilled tuna.
