Description

Wine made by biological aging (flower veil) of more than four years in American oak through the traditional aging system of "criaderas y solera" with periodic bags and springs. As peculiarity, it is made from very rich in sugars Pedro Ximenez grapes, that means it is not needed to fortify the wine (add alcohol) in any of the phases of their preparation and aging. It is recommended to serve at 7-9ºC.
