Aged under Flower veil In Sanlúcar de Barrameda, in a humid microclimate and with the sea breeze of the river of the Guadalquivir River. Old age of 5 years.

Tasting note:

bright yellow with golden reflections. Aromomile aromas, sea breeze and green apple, with notes of hay and fennel. Completely dry, it is light, fresh and sharp on the palate.
