6 years of biological aging following the traditional system of criaderas and soleras made up of 139 casks, of which only three have been selected.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright. Light tear. Intense, sharp nose, "flor" veil, chalk, nuts, citrus, saline and mineral aromas. Fresh, salty and savory mouthfeel. Its finish is persistent and balanced, leaving us with hints of salt, hazelnuts, yeast, green olives, lemon, finishing off with a dry and slightly bitter aftertaste.
