The London Nº1 Sherry Cassk, ES: A gin obtained by distillation in copper alambics of a maceration of 12 botanists in alcohol of grain and subsequent aging in American oak boots that have previously contained Jerez wine (Uncle Pepe).
This aging gives a pale yellow color due to the extraction of the components of the oak wood.
Gin goes through an aging process of 3 months in these Sherry Casks that have previously contained Uncle Pepe for more than 10 years.
The London Nº1 Sherry Cask has an alcoholic graduation of 43 degrees that is the most suitable for the best assembly of each and every one of the aromatic characters of gin and wood.
