Elaboration:
Elaborated with 80% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha Ink and 5% Mazuelo de Vineyards from the 3 sub-areas of Rioja with different types of floors: Rioja Alta, Rioja Alavesa and Rioja Oriental on the slopes of the Sierra de la Demale, with North Orientation. The wine is aged in American white oak (Ohio) barrels of medium toast and French oak for 18 months, with a transfer every 6 months to facilitate natural clarification. Later it remains in the bottle for your tuning.
Tasting note:
Color mature cherry with ruby ??tones, medium-high layer, stands out in nose by your aromas of good Intensity and elegant classicism, red fruit in season, confection, toffe, chocolate and cocoa, aromatic herbs, cedar, spicy. In a good structure, tasty, good balance and fruit load. Spacious and elegant mouth pass. Final mature and serious. Aromatic question of great finesse.

Legumes, spoon dishes, grilled meats or in sauces, roasted.
