With 20% dehydrated coconut milk and small pieces of coconut pulp from Sri Lanka, Rockfruit Coconut is mainly used for the preparation of piña coladas. Likewise, it is widely used in the most exotic cocktails and in Tiki cocktails, as well as in smoothies and shakes: Diluted with 5 parts of water for the preparation of drinks (1 + 5).
