Protos Reserve It is elaborated with 100% country ink (Tempranillo) of Vineyards very old, located on slopes with south orientation, over 50 years. Make a aging of 18 months in barrels American and French: 50% new French oak barrels, 30% French barrels of one year, 20% American barrels of one year. Finally, it performs a tuning during 24 months in bottle.
Color: Dark cherry red color, with garnet flashes.
Nose: Intense, black fruit, licorice, light toasted, vanillas, spicy, mineral and balsamic tones.
Boca: good acidity, with great equilibrium wood and a persistent and harmonious finish.
Red meats, dishes with truffle, meat and smoked fish, plates with cream sauces, cured cheeses.
