Description
Arienzo is the first zone wine of Marqués de Riscal as it is made 100% with selected grapes of the Tempranillo Varieties (96%) and Graciano (4%) from vineyards located in Rioja Alavesa.
Elaboration:
Enter alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine will be stored in American oak barrels Strong > To carry out the aging process for a period of 18 months, after which the wine will be bottled.
Tasting note:
Fresh wine, fruity with nice entry into Boca, remembering red fruits intermingled with aromas of wood, coconut and vanilla. Wide in the mouth, persistent, and with character, clear the quality of the elaborate fruits.
Pairing:
Ideal to accompany white and red grilled meats, blue fish like the Emperor and cured cheeses.
