Bach Viña Extreme Red is characterized by a traditional winemaking: Preferior maceration, alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation. Once the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is finished, the wine will rest a few months in tank to round up and soften the tannins.
On the nose presents a wide range of red fruits, plum, balsamic notes, spicy and cedar touches. Soft inlet in the mouth, envelope, with pleasant memory of candied fruit. Balanced, warm, with soft tannins and good persistence.
Bach Viña Extreme red is a polyvalent red wine, perfect ally of a great diversity of dishes: Vegetables and stewed meats or grilled, pasta, firm fades and fat as cod and tuna accompanied with sauces, flavored rices, sautéed mushrooms, sausages and semiquated cheeses.
