The wine Baron de Chirrel arises in 1986 as a result of an experimental elaboration from a selection of grape of very old vineyards, between 80 and 110 years old, of very low performance and great quality. The Baron de Chirrel wine performs fermentation to a Controlled temperature of 26th, in Tubes of Wood of Allier small capacity.
