Beronia-breeding It is elaborated from a selection of tempranillo grapes 96%, Garnacha 3% and Mazuelo 1% (Cariñena). The wine performs the upbringing for twelve months in Mixed barrels with American oak staves and French oak backgrounds to get the unmistakable "Beronia style". Finally, the wine is bottled, where you rest a minimum of three months before going on the market.
Presents an intense cherry color pilling with Garnet border, clean and shiny. In its complex nose highlight red fruits aromas supplemented with notes of aromatic herbs, such as chamomile and thyme, with memories of cinnamon and tobacco. On the palate is a very fresh and fruity wine, with a lot of sensations between which they highlight Aromas of vanilla and chocolate. It is a voluminous wine, round and very long.
Serve between 15º and 17º C with roasted, grilled chores, Iberian sausages or Cured cheeses
