Beronia Reserve It is elaborated with 95% of Tempranillo grape, 4% Graciano and a 1% Mazuelo (Cariñena). After a slow and careful fermentation controlled with newspapers to extract the color and aromas desired, it remains during in mixed barrels of American and French oak, achieving a paused and harmonious evolution. Complete your aging for another 18 months in the bottle before going on the market. The total time of foster and tuning makes it distinguished as a red wine reserve within the classification of the D.O.CA. Rioja.
Tasting note:
complex nose with aroma to black fruits, where the dwelling stands out, and great harmony of species as the cinnamon. In the mouth it is sweet, with a tannins sweet and round that assembles the acidic fruit with the wood. It is fresh, structured, with great complexity and a long aftertaste.

Roast, sausage or cured cheese are some of the dishes that best accompany this wine.
