Description

Production:

A red wine from the Tempranillo variety, aged for a minimum of 18 months in American oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

Clean, bright colour. middle layer Ruby hue, very vivid color. On the nose, sweet sensation. Good intensity. Fruity character with a slightly compote touch. Barrel aromas very well integrated with the fruit. Vanilla memories. Volume in the mouth, structured. Round, integrated tannin. Sweet sensation of the fruit.

Pairing:

It is easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some flavorful or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyère cheese. Good with mushroom rice.
