Elaboration:

Elaborated with grapes 100% Tinto Fino (name given to the Tempranillo grape in the Douro region) and with an aging from 12 to 14 months in French oak barrel.

Tasting note:

Conde de San Cristóbal Crianza has a concentrated, deep and complex aroma, with fresh fruit and mineral touches. The palate is fresh and powerful, tasty, fatty, expressive and with a round mouth step and long. A very fine balanced wine, without losing the nobility of the terroir of our vineyard.

Pairing:

Sheep's cured cheese, roast of lamb, lamb ribs, all kinds of grilled meats and sausages.
