Description
Made from grapes selected from vineyards over 25 years old for Tempranillo and 20 years old for Cabernet Sauvignon. Coto de Hayas Roble is made using the traditional method of the two varieties separately. Aged in American oak barrels for 3 months. The percentage of Tempranillo is 70% and Cabernet Sauvignon 30%.
Tasting notes:
Aroma of medium intensity, clean and powerful fruity aroma of marked varietal character with spicy tones contributed by the wood aging. In the mouth it is ample and structured, rich in nuances, with ample aftertaste.
