Description

Elaboration:

To elaborate this Tinto grapes have been used mainly from Garnacha (70%) and Syrah (20%), and a small proportion (10%) From other ink varies such as Cariñena, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grape is fermented with the whole grain, with non-long macerations and a respectful aging for maintain the expressiveness of the grape and its terroir. 40% of the wine is aged for 16 months in barrels of different formats (from 300 to 4,000 liters), and the remaining 60% in cement tubs to emfatize the fruit.

Dido is a tribute to youth retaining all the freshness and purity of the fruit and above all of the Garnacha.
