This wine bears the name of its creator and is the soul Máter de la cellar. Since the harvest of the 98, this brand refers to wine developed with middle-aged vineyards, although previously Emilio Moro gave name to crianzas and reservations.
Elaborated from Tempranillo grapes from middle-aged vines. Its fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, with later aging in French and American oak barrels.
Cherry red color with ruby ??tribes. On the nose is complex and balanced, highlighting the wealth of the nuances of a great vintage and respect for the tradition of the brand. In the nose we find a harmonious combination of the fruit notes of the Tempranillo, along with nuances of one step by quality barrel and respectful with the raw material. In the mouth is greedy, medium body and sweet tannin, with a long and persistent post-tanned.
