Description

Elaboration:

Vinification in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After undergoing malolactic fermentation, it has been aged in French oak.

Tasting notes:

Ripe cherry with a garnet rim. Intense nose with a predominance of ripe fruit (raspberry, currant), and a global background with mineral and spicy aromas. A fruity wine, very fresh and easy to drink, tasty, which gives rise to an exotic spicy finish with reminiscences of white pepper.

Pairing:

Ideal to accompany salads with a light dressing, stews and spoon stews, gelatinous meats, pasta, mushrooms, charcuterie, blue and white fish, soft and creamy cheeses, goat cheese, white and red meats, roast lamb and pork.
