The vineyards are located in a single plot next to the winery, at an altitude of 550 metres. The grapes selected and destemmed in the cellar, then they are vatted in French oak vats, where they undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with native yeasts at a controlled temperature. The bottling of this wine has been carried out without prior filtration, having remained a total of 21 months in new Allier French oak barrels.
Intense dark cherry red color, with cardinal nuances. On the nose, the aromas of raspberries and blackberries stand out, with aromas of pepper and cloves, with great minerality and a toasted and balsamic background. On the palate it has a voluptuous body, sweet with powerful and at the same time soft tannins. It is a very powerful and structured wine.
