Description

Selection of 90 years-old vineyards with limited production and cultivated naturally. 14-month aging in French and East oak barrels of second use.

Tasting note:

Terciary aromas of the barrel, with notes of vanilla, pastry, cocoa and coconut. At the same time it maintains the freshness with a predominance of fruit notes, especially red fruits and strawberry tones. Very balanced mouth, and full of complexity. Friendly entrance and very good tannic structure, with silky and velvety tannins, combined with a very good acidity that brings you length.
