Pago de los Capellanes Crianza 2017 1,5LBodega Pago de los Capellanes
With a 12-month aging in French oak barrels, payment of the crianza chaplains is a wine of deep red pillow, which offers clean and intense aromas of red and black fruits, with spicy nuances contributed by French oak wood and A very marked licorice. In the mouth it is broad, fresh, balanced, silky but with lots of structure and power, sweet tannins, and a long final full of aromas and flavors. The wine was bottled without any clarification or stabilization treatment, so it is possible that over time a natural sediment of coloring matter or tartrates may appear.

About Bodega Pago de los Capellanes
The Rodero Villa Family heads two projects, from two territories with two native grape varieties.
The star of Pago de los Capellanes in Ribera del Duero is the Tempranillo grape (or Tinta Fina as they call it there). Its extreme climate of great contrasts, calcareous soils and good field work make it possible to produce wines with elegance, based on the traditional viticulture of the area.
In Valdeorras, in O Luar Do Sil, the godello grape reigns, elaborated in three different styles that seek to accentuate varied nuances in terms of structure and potential.
