Pesquera Reserva, this famous red wine is born in Pesquera del Duero, from vineyards between 35 and 40 years old planted on poor soils with a lot of song and a clay base. Aged 24 months in American oak barrels and 12 months of rest in the bottle.
Intense purple color with purplish rim, clean and brilliant. Complex nose with notes of blueberry jam, white pepper, cinnamon and hints of nuts and toast. Balanced, very elegant, fine and silky. Broad and creamy with persistence of ripe black fruit, liquorice and menthol. A definitely special wine with a lot of character, perfumed and silky; elegant and unctuous, full of distinctive elements of its terroir; honeyed tannins and impressive bouquet that make it seductive and sensual. The perfect brooch to share and with which to toast this Christmas.
