Description
Bierzo Petals It is a jovial and fragrant wine, it is the wine that expresses all the landscapes, the flowers, the soils and the orientations of the region. The Central Bierzo is a sinuous basin of spent hills, covered in continental scrub and from Atlantic tires. Power up, in the village of Corullón, the surrounding saws contrast by its very earlier geology. They are earrings and lomas where the scattering scattered charges jara, heather and oregano fields.
Elaboration:
from grapes mainly from Mencia (92%), although it also contains 5% From other ink grapes and 3% of white grapes from other payments from the municipal terms of Corullón, Valtuille, Villadecanes, Parandones and Villafranca del Bierzo. Malolactic fermentation was carried out in closed stainless wood and stainless steel tubs for three months. Bred 8 months in barrel.
Tasting note:
High intensity, with aromas of black fruit in liquor, smoked notes and very powerful torrefacts. Soft entrance in the mouth that caresses the palate, elegant, sweet and mineral, with average body and good persistence.
