Protos aging is elaborated with 100% ink grapes of the country (Tempranillo) that performs an alcoholic fermentation at low temperature with autochthonous yeasts and a partial malolactic fermentation in French and American oak new barrel. Afterwards, it makes a aging of 12 months in barrel (33% new French oak barrels, 34% American and French barrels of one year, 33% American and French barrels of two years).
Color: Red Picot with purple flashes indicating youth.
Nose: High aromatic intensity, with aroma of ripe fruits well Assembled with wood that provides aromas of sweet and pleasant toasted spices.
Boca: It's a surround, tasty, balanced wine, with fineness and pleasant maturity. End of mouth with mature fruit memories.
