Elaboration:

Made with 90% Tempranillo and 5% Graciano grape varieties with 5% of Viura and Malvasia grape skins. Remírez de Ganuza reflects the essence of the winery. It is made from the shoulders of the best bunches, only those from vineyards with an average age of 60 years. Fermentation in small stainless steel tanks and 7,000-litre French oak vats. Malolactic fermentation in new barrels. Aged for 26 months in new 95% French and 5% American oak barrels.
