Description

Elaboration:

Red wine from the D.O. Toro made with 100% Tinta de Toro grapes (name given to the Tempranillo variety in the area). Cultivation of integrated agriculture, respectful with the environment, in line with biorhythms of the nature. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and in tank. Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels for two wines.

Tasting note:

Purple colour. Aroma of red fruit with a background of flowers. Notes of liquorice on the palate, with a good tannic structure and a perfect balance of acidity and freshness. Ripe red fruit in the aftertaste, with light spicy notes.
