Description

Elaboration:

Made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Graciano grapes, Señorío de Sarria Crianza ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, then ages for 12 months in American oak barrels (between 3 and 5 years old barrels) and a minimum of 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting notes:

Intense aroma of ripe red and black fruit with balsamic and spicy touches. On the palate it is powerful, fresh and balanced with nuances of ripe black fruit, spices and balsamic notes. Well integrated wood. Long and persistent aftertaste.

Pairing:

Roasted meats and meats in sauce, sausages and stews.
