Syté is a coupage of Syrah and Tempranillo varieties, developed only in exceptional vintages and very limitedly. It has 14 months of aging in American oak barrel of 225L and more than 2 years of tuning in bottle.
Tasting note:
The wine is presented with a red pepper color Very intense, in which the garnet borders also stand out. In nose it has a high intensity, with aromas of ripe black fruits, top, chocolate, toasted, balsamic and spices. On the palate is a balanced wine, tasty and very structured.
Pairing:
is a suitable wine to harmonize with hunting meats, red meats, black chocolate and roasted.

About Bodegas Castelo de Medina
Castelo de Medina is located in Villaverde de Medina (Valladolid), the heart of the Rueda Denomination of Origin, an area with great recognition for its white wines. The winery began its journey on November 28, 1995, since then it has been growing steadily until today following tradition and good work. Using more and more modern technological equipment, such as temperature controlled tanks, French and American oak barrels or concrete tanks.
Currently, Bodegas Castelo de Medina is in a new stage of evolution and development of an ambitious project led by the Bonet Ferrer family, with extensive experience and a strong link to the wine world.
