Description

Elaboration:

Tempranillo (95%), Graciano (3%) and Mazuelo (Cariñena) (2%) from the Rioja Alavesa subzone in the D.O.Ca. Rioja. Gentle extraction by manual pumping over is essential. The time between vatting and pressing is between 15 and 18 days. Aging for 12 months in Bordeaux American oak barrels, the rest in the bottle.

Tasting notes:

Colour: Cherry. Aroma: Predominantly fruity expression, sloe, black plum in perfect harmony with the notes of aging and spicy nuances. Palate: Wide, very lively, fresh and balanced.
