Description

Made with grapes of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) (92%), Cabernet Sauvignon (5%) and Merlot (3%), Pago de Carraovejas is the maximum expression of terroir; a wine full of nuances. The wine is refined in French and American oak barrels for around 12 months and clarified with natural egg white.

Tasting note:

From a prism of balance and a fresh character, the wine is shown with volume and, in turn, agile. Resounding and vibrant. The floral nuances accompany the fruit in an elaboration marked by its elegance, intensity and structure.
