Malleolus 2015 75 cl.
Bodegas Emilio MoroDescription
The word "malleolus" comes from the Latin and means greater, which is the way to name the vineyards in the fisheries of Duero
Elaboration:
is made with Grapes of the 100% fine red variety (Tempranillo). This wine has remained 18 days macerating with the breaths. Its malolactic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks, subsequently aged in French oak barrels so far from your bottling.
Tasting note:
Faithful cherry red color in your style. On the nose it is intense and elegant where the aromas of the variety dominate nuanced by its aging in barrel. The quality of the raw material is reflected in the aromatic depth and in the excellent evolution of wine in the cup, where red and black fruits at its optimum point of maturity, spices and balsamic are harmonized during tasting. In the mouth it is intense and large structure. It presents a mature tannin of very long passage and persistent aftertaste.
