Description

100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from mostly very old vines-of ages between 60 and 90 years old - coming from vineyards in nine different municipalities of the Burugalese Ribera and the Ribera Vallisoletana. Average aging of 20 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting notes:

A long, fresh wine, with well-integrated tannins. Its presence in the mouth is ample and with a large number of complex nuances provided by the ageing in barrels. This wine represents very well the Ribera character of this vintage. It is fruity and elegant and will improve with time in the bottle.
