Description

100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) from mostly very old vines-of ages between 40 and 80 years old - coming from vineyards in nine different municipalities of the Burugalese Ribera and the Ribera Vallisoletana. Average aging of 19 months in new French oak barrels./p>

Tasting note:

High layer of an intense red. It presents remarkable aromas of mature black fruits, Chinese ink, with elegant mineral notes. In the mouth it is powerful, structured and with a great tannic presence, these are soft and round tannins. It is a long, persistent and full wine of nuances with guardian vocation.
