Elaborated from a universe of microplots in the Viñedos del Contino environment, which differ mainly from each other due to their soil (alluvial, clay-calcareous, saline and sandy). Always in search of the perfect connection between them, within a privileged environment, Viñedos del Contino. Grapes of the 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5% Mazuelo (Cariñena) varieties.
Fermentation in small stainless steel and concrete tanks, which allows us to prepare each micro-plot separately depending on its optimal state of harvest.
It spends two years in the barrel, and at least two years in the bottle.
Ruby red, clean, medium layer, nose of red fruits and vanilla, intense, on the palate it is wide, tasty, with a warm sensation and a long aftertaste, very round, and balanced.
