Beronia Aging Limited edition It is elaborated from a selection of the best clusters of UVA Tempranillo. After a cold preterior maceration, it is subjected to a slow controlled alcoholic fermentation below 26 ° C with newspapers and, subsequently, is brought to new barrels to perform malolactic fermentation. The aging is carried out for 12 months in mixed barrels and, once bottled, stays 6 months in the bottle before going on the market.
Attractive and elegant aroma, aromas of red fruits include cherry on a mineral and sweet background. Also emerge aromatic herbal notes, mainly chamomile; Sweet spices and nuts like almond. Very fruity and greedy, with special protagonism of chocolate and vanilla, offers a sweet tannins and a balanced acidity that gives a great freshness on the palate.
