San Román is a 100% Tinta de Toro monovarietal (name that is given to the Tempranillo in the DO Toro) that ages during 24 months in barrels 225 and 500 liters of new and new French and American oak.

Tasting note:

Skin flower minerality In a nose with profusion of black fruit and gently spicy notes. full, fleshy, almost an emulsion of crunchy tannins on the palate. It marks a domestic level under a solid frame.
