Beronia III AC is a 100% Tempranillo wine from the older vineyards of the winery, a powerful wine and with character that pays tribute to the origin of La Rioja.
Elaborated with a selection of vineyards from more than 70 years, as well as some prefiloxeric vineyards, the fruit is subjected to a cold maceration for several Days and subsequently an alcoholic fermentation below 26ºC with newspapers and post-fermentative maceration tranquil. The aging is performed in French oak barrels, where the wine remains 12 months.
Red fruit aromas like strawberries And the treats followed by licorice, chocolate and vanilla notes on a mineral and balsamic background. The palate is long, balanced, powerful and with a lot of personality, highlights the first sensation of fresh fruit followed by menthol and cocoa touches that confer volume and freshness.
It is a wine that can perfectly accompany red meat dishes and cured cheeses.
