Cune Reserva 2017 75 cl.
Compañía Vinícola del Norte de EspañaDescription
Elaboration:
cune is a red wine reserve, prepared with Tempranillo grape and 15% Mazuelo, Graciano and Garnacha coming from the vineyards of the high rioja de CVNE (Vinicultural Company of North Spain). Cune reservation goes through a fermentation process in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in deposit and subsequently wine is aged in American oak barrels for a year, period in which it acquires the aromatic balance that characterizes it, as well as its fineness and global expression.
Tasting note:
The wine cune reservation is defined on your tasting note as a juvenile red garnet with bluish tones on the ellipse. Good aromatic intensity highlighting the fruits of the forest and licorice that complement themselves in a perfect balance with vanillas and toasted from the American oak barrel. While passing through the palate leaves sensations of equilibrium and roundness, a sweet wine with a nice mouth finish.
Pairing:
Domestic partner for the Mediterranean diet.
