Description

After the separate fermentation of the two varieties (Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon) and malolactic fermentation, the wine remained in French oak barrels (Cabernet Sauvignon) and American (Tempranillo), for nine months and ended up being refined in stainless steel tanks until bottling.

Tasting notes:

Cherry red color, very covered. Intense and complex aroma, rich in smoky and spicy nuances, on a background of ripe red fruits. With a balanced tannic structure, in the mouth it is dense, fleshy and with an extraordinarily long finish, in which fine toasted notes appear.
