Obtained by grapes of Monastrell Vineyards at 700 meters high northeast of Jumilla, Juan Gil yellow label Make the maceration -Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation and its short passage by wood depending on the characteristics of the harvest, it has remained in stainless steel tank up to bottling.
Intense and live picot red wine. Powerful in nose, clean and complex highlight very attractive fruity aromas with touches of ripe fruit and new wood souvenirs. Well constituted in the mouth, good structure, alive and tasty, with body, balanced, with a pleasant step by mouth and very good persistence.
