Tarsus Terno is a spectacular single varietal Tinta Fina red wine. It has become one of the flagships of the D.O. Ribera del Duero by the hand of the winemaker Teresa Rodriguez. It is a limited edition with a careful selection of Tarsus Fina grapes. The wine spends 16 months in new French oak barrels and the rest in the bottle rack.
Tasting notes:
In the glass Tarsus Terno is intense and powerful with a bright cherry red color. It shows a dense and abundant tear. On the nose we appreciate essence of flowers, fruit, roasted, blackberries, blueberries, violets, cocoa, sandalwood and licorice that remind us of the aging and resting in wood. The palate is impetuous, robust and fleshy. The advance is powerful and complex, and leaves us with a long, intense flavor of ripe grapes and round, noble tannins.
