Red wine developed with grapes of the varieties Mazuelo (85%) (Cariñena), Tempranillo (10%) and other autochthonous varieties (5%) from old vineyards over 65 years old. The Great Contribution of the variety Mazuelo makes this wine really different from what Baigorri has us used to. A new definition of freshness and elegance in a red wine, highlighting fine tannins and a great aromatic complexity, fulfilling all the parameters of a wine of pure vanguard. Long macerations and intracellular fermentations with autochthonous yeasts in oak tubs. Natural tracends and final extraction by gravity. Malolactic fermentation and 14-month aging in new French oak barrels of various sizes (225L. / 500L. / 600L.).
