In the Oriental Rioja is the Sierra de Yerga, where this Ramón Bilbao South boundary is aged. It is a landscape of Mediterranean influence that evokes the thyme and rosemary. The vineyards were planted between 1977 and 2014 at about 500 or 600 meters of altitude. The harvest of the year 2017 was very early, propitiated by a warm climate that accelerated the vegetative cycle. This Bilbao Ramón is a 100% Garnacha vegan wine elaborated with an initial maceration process to preserve its aromas and color in an exceptional way. The subsequent fermentation occurs in concrete at 24 ° C and then be aged in different materials such as amphoras, 500L barrels and, again, concrete. Its passage through barrel is 10 months in French barrel of 225L. Thanks to the presence of the Garnacha, its ideal pairing are red meats, cured cheeses and feather hunting. Tasting note: In view, it stands out for its intensity and its ruby ??color. In nose it is also intense with notes very present to red fruit and pepper. Already in the mouth is offered friendly, fresh and a correct acidity. Balanced and with a long ending. Service temperature: 16-18ºC
