Elaborated with red grapes of the country (Tempranillo) from the oldest vineyards of the cellar in Pedrosa de Duero, Vines of more than 80 years. 14-month raising in barrels of 225 liters of extra-fine French grain oak.
TASTING NOTE: Pago de los Capellanes Reserva is a red wine Picota with ruby nuances in thin coat. Shows clean and intense aromas of ripe fruit: cherry, currant and cassis, with smoked and spicy nuances contributed by the wood of French oak extra-fine grain. Fresh and balanced, silky and powerful mouth, very polished tannins, and a long finish full of flavors and aromatic sensations.

The star of Pago de los Capellanes in Ribera del Duero is the Tempranillo grape (or Tinta Fina as they call it there). Its extreme climate of great contrasts, calcareous soils and good field work make it possible to produce wines with elegance, based on the traditional viticulture of the area.
