Beronia Gran Reserva 2016 75 cl.
Bodegas BeroniaBodegas Beronia elaborates this red wine great reserve at D.O.C. Rioja (Spain) with Tempranillo grapes.
Description
Beronia Gran Reserva is one of the highest expressions of Bodegas Beronia. The production of this red wine begins with a very selective harvest of different grape varieties. Beronia Gran Reserva is composed of 93% tempranillo, 4% graciano and 3% mazuelo. The first fermentation is carried out cold for several days and then the alcoholic fermentation takes place at 26-28 degrees. Finally, French oak barrels come into play where the wine remains 28 months inside. Before being released to the market Beronia Gran Reserva spends 36 months in bottle.
Tasting note: This gran reserva wine is intense in the glass, with a powerful garnet. The nose is complex, ripe fruit appears to give way to smoky and spicy touches. The palate is fruity, with a pleasant tannin and a very noble and elegant structure. We recommend serving between 15-17 degrees. It pairs wonderfully with red meats, cured cheeses and chocolate desserts. Suitable for consumption until 2033.
