Description

Elaboration:

100% Tinta del País grapes (name given to the Tempranillo grape in Ribera del Duero). Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels in equal parts, a third of which is in new barrels and the rest in barrels for one to two years. Completing the aging with a year of rest in the bottle.

Tasting note:

Intense red color with a violet edge. Aromas of red fruit combined with toasted and spicy aromas from the barrel. With floral notes. On the palate it is an elegant, fruity wine, with pleasant tannins that make it silky, complex and aromatic.

Pairing:

Ideal with red meats, game and semi-cured cheeses.
