Pintia is located on the banks of the Douro River, inside the D.O. Of bull. The weather conditions of extreme cold in winter and heat in summer influence their complex soils, whose main characteristic is the large number of boulders.
Malolactic fermentation is carried out in 100% wood and aging in French and American oak for 12 months. In foster, the percentage of new barrel was 80%, uploading by 5% American oak up to 25%, to provide greater density to wine. A 75% French oak is used for this foster phase.
