Castelo Rosé 2019 75 cl.Bodegas Castelo de Medina
The wine Castelo Medina Rosé is elaborated as a white wine, without barely maceration with the hellejo, with fermentations at low temperatures and with a small aging on lias in stainless steel tank. The wine rounded in bottle for about 2 months.
At sight, we appreciate a bright pink layer stick with salmon reflections. It has an elegant and clean nose, with fine aromas of red fruits without renouncing freshness. The passage by mouth is fluent and balanced, recovering all the fruit and vivacity of the nose. It is harmonious and tasty.
is an ideal wine to accompany rice, pasta, cold and hot salads, chicken or smoked salmon.
